Ramona Tucker Dean, 89, of Raleigh , North Carolina passed away July 28, 2022 at her home in Raleigh , North Carolina . She was born on April 24, 1933 in Granville County, North Carolina to Robert and Hilda (Williams) Tucker. She grew up on a farm in Granville County. After schooling she moved to Raleigh to pursue a career as a hair stylist. Ramona began her Real Estate career in 1978 as a Secretary, Planner, and Organizer for a subdivision in North Raleigh. In 1984 she made the decision to go into Real Estate sales. Ramona was associated with Prudential; Fonville Morrisey and Remax over the years. Ramona was a long time member of Providence Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Edie Dean Jacomet.

Ramona is survived by her son, Mel Dean and wife Carmen; son-in-law, Jeff Jacomet; grandchildren: Melanie Dean Bonarchuk, Daniel Dean, Caitlin Dean, Stephanie Dean, Tucker Jacomet, Josh Jacomet, Gabi Gaschler, Jenna Jacomet, Samantha Jacomet, and Jonah Jacomet. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren and by her sisters: Mary Veasey and Louetta Sasnett.

Graveside Services will be at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 102 Moss Road, Creedmoor, NC 27522 on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:30 am.
